SERVER MAINTENANCE & NETWORK MANAGEMENT

HARDWARE AS A SERVICE

ASK offers hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) to our Managed IT Services clients. We install ASK-owned hardware at a customer site and take full responsibility for monitoring, maintenance, and replacement. If the hardware breaks down or becomes outdated, ASK is responsible for decommissioning it and replacing it. Depending upon the terms of the SLA, decommissioning may include wiping proprietary data, physically destroying hard drives and certifying that old equipment has been recycled legally.
