Dear Friends at ASK,

I would just like to extend our thanks to the Technical Staff at ASK. When we left yesterday afternoon we all had peace of mind knowing that you are just a phone call or e-mail away to help us. It was so nice to work with you and get the AS400 questions answered and resolved. The technician printed my forms, checked to make sure nothing was going to crash, and answered the questions I had regarding the AS400. In addition, he determined why our system seemed slow and made the fix.

What a huge difference that made to what we do in our work and online.

Your staff was prompt, courteous, and went the extra mile to get our new machines up and running; answering any questions we might have and showing us the new icons. He worked through our e-mail issues, staying to get things set up. We appreciate his efforts to make sure our computers were functioning and we could get our work done. Recovering Joan’s files from her machine, then merging the files from back up hard drive that she had been working from made her a happy lady again.

Thank you is such a small phrase, for so much good done yesterday at our office.
